Questions we get a lot.
Straightforward answers about how KlaritiQ works, what it costs, and why it's different from a one-time consulting engagement.
No. The score comes from a deterministic rules engine, 40+ weighted inference rules mapped to your answers, so the same inputs always produce the same score. The AI only writes the narrative around it. No hallucinated number, no run-to-run variance.
The score is the entry point, not the deliverable. It turns into tracked initiatives with owners and due dates, a live risk register, evidence-backed claims, vendor AI screening, and capacity planning, all in one workspace you keep coming back to as your organization actually changes.
KlaritiQ is built India-first. Your position is grounded in published India research, the MSME Digital Maturity Index and CII-KPMG sector studies, not a borrowed US/EU percentile. Recommendations are DPDP-aware and account for RBI data-localization where it applies.
Yes. The 90-day roadmap is prioritized for your exact maturity tier and sub-sector: quick wins for this week, strategic moves for the quarter, longer plays for year one, and each item becomes a tracked initiative you can assign and monitor, not a slide you file away.
About 20 minutes to a first score versus three months for an audit, at a fraction of the cost, and because scoring is deterministic, it won't flatter you to justify a retainer. Then it keeps running: continuous monitoring, ongoing evidence checks, and vendor AI screening, instead of a report that goes stale the day it's delivered.
Evidence documents back your own organization's claims, policies, process docs, and the like. Vendor checks specifically screen third-party AI tools and vendor contracts before you adopt them, so a risky vendor gets caught before it becomes your incident.
Only you. Assessments are stored with row-level security, anonymous submissions are supported, and you can export or delete your data at any time. We never sell or share it.
Yes. Score history and re-assessments let you re-run the assessment each quarter and watch ARI move by dimension as your initiatives land, and continuous monitoring (Growth tier and above) keeps your score current between formal re-assessments, so readiness becomes a metric you manage, not a one-off.
