KlaritiQ ("we", "us") helps Indian companies assess their AI readiness. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

Your company name and assessment answers; your email address if you choose to provide it; basic technical data such as IP address; and anonymous usage events (pages viewed, assessment progress, ratings) used to improve the product.

How we use it

To generate your ARI Score and report, to operate and improve KlaritiQ, and, only if you opt in by providing your email, to send you your results and occasional relevant updates. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

How we store and protect it

Assessments are stored in a hardened database with row-level security. Anonymous submissions are supported. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run KlaritiQ (e.g. hosting), under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights under DPDP

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Grievance officer

Questions or complaints about your data can be addressed to our grievance officer at klaritiq@gmail.com. (Name and full contact details to be added.)
