Not professional advice
KlaritiQ's output is a diagnostic, not legal, financial, or professional consulting advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Intellectual property
KlaritiQ, its methodology, scoring engine, and content are owned by KlaritiQ. Your assessment inputs and your resulting report remain yours.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, KlaritiQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
