Govern Dashboard: Read Your Assurance Record in One Page

KlaritiQ Team·October 2026·5 min read

The Dashboard is the first page in the Govern section. It answers one question: where does our assurance record stand today, and what should we act on first? Every number on it is computed from records already in KlaritiQ, by fixed rules. Nothing on the page is written by AI.

The four tabs

Overview opens with five headline numbers: what is waiting on you, stuck approvals, overdue deadlines, failing guardrails and uncovered requirements. Under them sit Needs a decision and Assurance, then decisions by outcome and sign-offs opened and closed.

Evidence shows how healthy the record is. Evidence health counts claims as proven, attested, lapsed or a gap, and shows when proofs lapse. Changed shows how much the record moved. What the record is made of can be switched between by type, by who added it and by trust level. Proofs expiring by month and Evidence added complete the tab.

Obligations covers deadlines and approvals. Deadlines shows what is open, overdue or about to be. Stuck approvals shows how long requests have waited and who holds them. Deadlines by regulation, deadlines met on time and sign-off turnaround show the pattern behind the numbers.

Controls covers policies and rules. Policies and controls shows which requirements are covered through an active policy. Guardrails shows which rules are failing and which of those block a release. Policies by review status, policies by category and policy reviews due show what is going stale.

How to read a card

Every card is a title, a chart and one link to the records behind it. Hover a card's title to see the question it answers.

A status label appears on a card only when there is something to act on. A card that is fine says nothing. Colour is kept to shades of one blue, with red used only for what is failing and grey for what does not apply. Whether something is a warning is always said in words, never by colour alone.

Time range, views and Customize

The Time choice sets how far back or forward the time-based cards look: the last 7, 30 or 90 days. It only appears on tabs that have such a card, and each of those cards says which range it is using.

Executive shows the headline and one chart per card. Operator adds the list a person works through. Owners and admins start on Executive, everyone else on Operator.

Customize hides the tiles you do not need. The choice is saved in your browser only.

Export produces a PDF or a CSV of everything on the page, with every chart redrawn from the same numbers.

Scheduled email

Choose Schedule at the top of the page to get the headline numbers by email, weekly or monthly, at an hour you pick in India time. Each person sets up their own schedule, and chooses who it goes to under Send to: people in your workspace, a whole department, or any email address you type. A department means everyone in it at the time each email is sent. Under Format you can attach the same CSV or Excel file the Export button makes; PDF is coming. The numbers are the ones you can see, so choose people accordingly. You choose how long it runs: 3, 6 or 12 months. A week before it ends, and again the day before, we email you a reminder. To keep it going, save the schedule again.

The email has the headline numbers you can see on the Dashboard (waiting on you, stuck approvals, overdue deadlines, failing guardrails, uncovered requirements and assurance confidence) and what moved since your last email. Your first email has nothing to compare with, so it says so. It never includes a card you cannot see on the page. Every sentence is a number or a fixed phrase, and no AI writes it.

The Schedule window shows what really happened to the last one: sent, still retrying, or could not be delivered. If five scheduled emails in a row cannot be delivered, the schedule pauses and tells you why. Every email has a link. For you it turns the schedule off. For anyone else it stops only their own copy, and the schedule carries on for the rest. You can also pause or turn it off from the same window.

When a card cannot load

A card that could not be read says so and offers Try again. It never shows a zero. A card that says there is nothing here means that nothing is recorded, which is different from a failure.

Who sees what

  • The change feed and the sign-off reports are for owners and admins.
  • Members who are scoped to one department do not see the assurance and evidence cards, because the Evidence page hides that evidence from them too.
  • Approvals follow the same rules as the Approvals page: you see the requests that involve you, and owners and admins see everyone's.

What the Dashboard does not do yet

The Dashboard shows today's record. It does not show trends over time, because those need history that is not stored yet. It does not change any record, and the only email it sends is the one you schedule for yourself.
