Getting Started with Your First Assessment

Ready to assess your organization's AI readiness? Here's how to get started.

Step 1: Navigate to Assessments

Click Assessments in the sidebar. You'll see the assessment home screen with options to start an assessment.

Step 2: Enter Your Company Name

At the top, enter your company name. This appears on your reports and helps organize your assessments.

Step 3: Select an Assessment Type

Choose the assessment that best fits your industry or use case. For example: - AI Readiness - Manufacturing for production-focused companies - AI Readiness - Services for service-based organizations - AI Readiness - General for a broad evaluation

Step 4: Choose Your Role (Optional)

Select your role in the organization: - CTO / Head of Technology - Technical framing - CEO / Founder - Strategic framing - Department Head / Manager - Practical framing - Individual Contributor - Plain-language framing

Your role helps tailor questions to your perspective. You can change it for each assessment.

Step 5: Start Your Assessment

Click Start Your Match to begin. The assessment takes about 7–10 minutes and consists of 10 carefully designed questions.

Step 6: Answer Thoughtfully

For each question, select the answer that best describes your organization's current state. Be honest-the value of your assessment depends on accurate responses.

Step 7: View Your Results

After completing the assessment, you'll see: - Your ARI Score (0–100) - A breakdown by dimension - Recommended actions - Vendor tools matched to your gaps

Next Steps

Once you have your score: 1. Create an Action Plan - Go to the Action Plan section and start adding initiatives 2. Invite Your Team - Invite colleagues to take assessments in their areas (Finance, Engineering, etc.) 3. Build a Dashboard - With multiple perspectives, you'll see a complete organizational picture 4. Track Progress - Reassess in 3–6 months to measure improvement
