Taking Multiple Assessments & Building Team Visibility

KlaritiQ Team·May 2026·5 min read

A single assessment gives you one perspective. To unlock the full power of KlaritiQ, involve your entire organization.

Why Multiple Assessments Matter

When only the CTO assesses, you miss critical insights from Finance, Operations, and other departments. Different perspectives reveal blind spots:

  • Finance might say you have budget for AI, but Operations says infrastructure is weak
  • Engineering feels ready, but HR flags a skills gap
  • Marketing sees opportunity, but Legal identifies compliance risks

Multiple assessments build a complete picture.

How to Invite Your Team

Step 1: Go to Settings Click **Settings** in the sidebar, then navigate to the **Members** tab.

Step 2: Add Members Enter team members' email addresses and assign them the **Member** role. They'll receive an invite email to join your organization.

Step 3: They Accept & Assess They'll click the link, create an account, and join your organization. Then they can take assessments for their departments or areas.

Organizing by Department

Use the Departments section to structure your team: - Top-level departments: Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc. - Sub-departments: Backend Team (under Engineering), Accounting (under Finance), etc.

When team members take assessments, assign them to their department. This lets you: - See readiness by team - Compare departments - Identify which areas need support

Viewing Organizational Results

Once you have multiple assessments: 1. Go to your Dashboard 2. See department-level ARI scores 3. Identify your strongest and weakest areas 4. Prioritize action items by dimension

Best Practices

  • Start with leadership - CTO, CFO, CMO should assess first
  • Then get functional teams - Represent each major department
  • Reassess together - Schedule a reassessment cycle (every 6 months is typical)
  • Use it for planning - Let assessment results inform your AI strategy
