How it works
1
A sign-off is required
An admin can flag an initiative as requiring sign-off from a set number of distinct admins or owners before it can be closed.

Evidence is selected and cited
The person signing off selects the specific confirmed evidence records the decision relies on and can add a reason.

The decision is recorded
The decision, its author, its timestamp, and its cited evidence are written to the accountability log as one record.
4
The gate closes when satisfied
Once enough distinct sign-offs exist, the initiative can be marked complete. Until then, it stays visibly blocked.
